I really enjoyed the story line and the characters in this one. They have significant growth and change, and of course work towards becoming a team. I liked the teasing and witty exchanges between the characters as well. This was a truly fun read. I would have given it 5 stars, but the editing needs to be improved. There were a number of mistakes that were noticeable, but at least they didn't cause too much confusion. To be fair, however, I may only have noticed them because I frequently have to edit things.

I really enjoyed this book, it was engrossing, intriguing and all around fun. I found myself really caring about the characters. The characters were well rounded and felt like real people, with real fault and real attitudes. I heartily recommend reading it.
Following in the footsteps of the previous two series, it is well paced and has great depth of character development. That being said, I found that it is much easier to follow the book having read the Doomsday & Bloodline set of books first. The series as a whole gives a look over several generations of families, with many trials & tribulations throughout the multiple story lines. The female protagonist in each part, gives the reader a good sense of what hardships they have had to endure. It is a fun read, I have been a fan of J.R. Lewis's previous works and this book is no exception! His easy writing style makes it flow well and stand out as different & unique among other series in the genre. It's a must read if your already a fan of his and if not you'll probably be surprised at how much of one you'll become after reading the whole series including this book.
Like the previous two installments of the Saga Peacekeeper is a fast paced adventure. The characters have personality some inherited from their elders and some of their own. The grandchildren of the original characters are now called upon to be heroes. The story keeps moving and the use of the changing first person narration in each part is great. I like to see the story from a different perspective. The world is still full of interesting and sometimes strange creatures and elves. I like how the "Elf Saga" series is written as the next generation each time so the characters do not become dull or predictable. I think this is another win for Mr Lewis. I will recomemd the entire Saga to others.

I really love this series and have read 3 of 4 books my favorite was the first one because of the comedy.
